Surfs Up rides a wave that has been hitting beaches all over the world since the early sixties. This high energy show band draws from a cast who's experience span the stages of the Las Vegas strip, luxury cruise ships, 5 star hotels overseas, Casinos, fairs and festivals all over North America. A show with Surfs Up is time spent reminiscing about Hot Rods and surf boards, the sun and the sand, and falling in love under a summer moon.
Our very own surfer girl pays tribute to the women of pop from the 50’s and 60’s. Stars like Lesley Gore, Nancy Sinatra and Ronnie Bennett of The Ronettes.
The Beach Boys songs play a major role in defining the surf sound. Each artist in the Surfs Up group has been chosen for their love of those lush vocal harmonies that accompany the surf sound. Surfs Up will reach beyond the beach as well to help audiences of all ages get on their feet and dance to Rock n’ Roll classics from the 50’s & 60’s right up to today. This audience minded cast is always ready to help the crowd to sing along, clap their hands, and participate in skits that keep everyone entertained from start to finish.
